It was dusty and the sofas were not clean.We hat to vacumclean the sofas and the floors. The way of communicating the landlord in order to get the keys for the appartment was complicated and took a long time. In the confirmation I got from you there was only the name of the street without the number of the house and the indication on the map you provided was not exact and caused us troubles finding the place. We were provided with one set of keys although we were promised by you 2 sets and after reminding the landlord about the second set of keys she brought us an uncompleted set in which the missing key was to a door that was shared by our appart. and another one and told us not to lock this door. The problem was she did not tell the tennants of the other appar. not to lock this door(and they did lock it) which caused us the inconviency of having to be always together when entering the appart.(what than is the point in having two sets?) . The location of the appart. is very good close to the centre and to the main train station. |
