How do I pay?
Payment for the apartments is in cash (EUR, PLN, USD, GBP), or credit card. Please let us know in advance which payment method you would prefer!
When do I pay?
We do not require any prepayments. Your credit card number is required only to secure the reservation and the full payment is done upon arrival.
Why do you ask for my credit card number?
Your credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation and to make your deposit (see above). If you fail to turn up, and do not inform us about your cancellation at least two weeks in advance, we reserve the right to charge your credit card.
Can I pay in a currency other than Euro or Polish zloty (PLN)?
Yes. Payment is accepted in any major currency in cash
I am arriving with a rather large group - will I have to pay an additional security deposit?
You do not have to pay an additional security deposit in advance, however we do reserve the right to ask for you to sign a credit card authorization form upon your arrival. If you would like to see a copy of this form, e-mail us and we'll gladly supply it for you!
Is the price quoted per person or for the whole apartment?
The rate is per night for the whole apartment, NOT per person
Are sheets and towels included in the price?
Are there any hidden costs, (for example heating bills, taxes)?
No. There are no additional costs to pay
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included
Why do you not display your prices on the website?
Our prices fluctuate according to the season and the length of your stay. We also offer generous discounts for those booking more than one apartment, and for frequent guests. We therefore find it easier not to publish prices online.
What is your cancellation policy?

Arrival / Check-in / Keys
How do I get from the airport / railway station to the apartment?
We can arrange transfers for you if you wish. Simply let one of our travel consultants know that you require this service, and they will take care of it for you.
What if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry! Your taxi will still wait. We monitor flight arrivals, so we will know if you are to be delayed. There is no need to contact us from the airport, and there is no additional charge for collecting you from a delayed flight
What time can I check in and out of the apartment?
Check-in time is after 2 pm
Check-out time is before 11 am
If you have an early check-in time or wish to depart later, we try to be as flexible as possible, depending on other guests.
Can I leave luggage with you?
Luggage can be left with us if you have a late departure, or if you go away for a few days and wish to come back to one of our apartments. Just ask!
Where do I pick up (and return) the keys?
The apartment owner will meet you at the entrance to the apartment and give you the keys, as well as showing you the basic layout of the apartment. They will also arrange with you at that stage where and when the keys should be dropped off.
I've lost my keys! What do I do?
Please contact the apartment owner immediately. The charge for lost keys is 30 Euro per set to cover the cost of changing locks.
About the apartments
Do the apartments have safes?
The apartments do not have safes, but we can keep small valuables such as passports for you if you wish in our office safe. Just ask!
Do the apartments have lifts?
Not all apartments have lifts, as most are located in listed buildings right in the heart of the medieval old town. Please ask if you need a lift.
Do the apartments have kitchens?
All of our apartments have kitchens or kitchenettes, with basic cooking utensils included.
Do the apartments have private bathrooms?
All apartments have their own bathrooms.
Do the apartments have internet?
Broadband wireless internet is available in almost all of our apartments. Just ask!
Do the apartments have central heating?
All apartments have gas-fired or electric central heating.
Is there secure parking nearby?
There are several guarded carparks very close to the apartments. Once you have booked your apartment, we can help you find the most convenient one for your car.
Where can I see a map of the apartments' location?
Are the apartments available for long-term rental?
All our apartments are available for long-term rental at very attractive rates. If you wish to rent for a period longer than one month, please try to get your application in as early as possible, so we can keep availability for you. It is difficult to find long-term availability at short notice.
Is there a reception or someone we can contact in case of an emergency?
In emergencies, please contact one of the mobile numbers which are written on your confirmation note.
