In the case that a confirmed booking with us has been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to two weeks before their arrival, we retain the right to demand compensation, on the following scale: Cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival: 15% of the total cost of the stay is payable Cancellations between 3 and 7 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the total cost of the stay is payable Cancellations between 1 and 3 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the cost of the stay is payable Cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival: 75 % of the cost of the stay is payable No show: 100 % of the cost of the stay is payable Cancellations must be made and confirmed in writing (email) to establish the time of cancellation.
