Location was great. Apartment was basic but clean. 24hr shop a 2minute walk away. The heating was set up to come on at midnight,so it was pretty chilly the 1st evening & it wasn't possible to change it ourselves. Some heat morning & evening would have been best.There was a leak in the kitchen, someone had but something there to catch the drips put it had flowed onto floor, we just put something bigger in its place. T.V wasn't tuned in, something up with the aerial.

The apartment was perfectly adequate for our purposes but we were troubled by the water overflow in the bathroom. We were happy that you gave our criticism prompt attention but your handyman clearly didn't seem to be in a position to rectify the problem. Instead of bathing we showered and the lesser amount of water used meant the problem almost diasppeared but not quite.

The location can't be better. l also must say,the lady from Krakow apt. was very friendly and helpful. As l told you before,l never tried to stay in appartment.New,and veeery positiv experience. and a way of staying I absolutly will recommend . I have 40years of expirience from working in Norway's largest travelagency,so I have been travelling around the world,and seen many different accomondations
