Hi, due to a mix up we didn;t stay in the Primavera Apartment. The one we stayed in was excellent. But, I do think you were a bit lax at your end. When I called MArika the day before we arrived she had no record of our booking. When we arrived she wasn't there to meet us, but we spoke to her by phone. She redirected us to another apartment, but we didn;t actually meet her. We had a great time in Krakow, and I'm sure this was a 'blip' on your part, but I do think you need to address it.

Looking at the website on our return, we were placed in the 'Estate' apartment rather than the 'Primavera'! This apartment was adequate if gloomy; it had the required number of beds and was in a very good location, a short walk from the old town and a very nice restaurant (Jarema). But it was tired with the toilet door not fitting properly and old, creaky furniture. We found the kitchen/diner far too small for 5 of us. Also the floor had not been cleaned properly (the cleaners were still in the flat when we arrived at 1600) and the chairs in the dining room needed replacing. Finally the wi-fi was temperamental (not advertised for Estate but in Primavera).
